Terms
Draft — last updated 6 October 2026
These terms are between you and Nicolas Zuluaga, who runs Looseform. By creating an account or using Looseform you agree to them. Questions go to hello@looseform.com.
Your account
You need to be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
What you put into Looseform stays yours. You give Looseform permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you share it with, only so that the service works. See theprivacy policy for who else handles it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Looseform to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- harass, threaten or deceive people, or share content about someone that they have not agreed to;
- infringe other people's rights, including copyright and privacy;
- send spam, or get the agent to act on websites in ways those sites forbid;
- try to get into accounts, spaces or systems that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
- get around usage limits, or resell the service without agreement.
Accounts that do these things may be suspended or closed.
AI can be wrong
Looseform's answers and panels are made by an AI model. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, however confident they look. Check anything that matters — prices, dates, bookings, health, legal or money questions — before you rely on it.
What you approve is yours
Looseform asks before it does something on your behalf that has consequences, such as booking or paying. When you approve an action, you are responsible for it, as if you had done it yourself. Purchases and bookings made with other companies are between you and them, under their terms.
The service as it is
Looseform is new and changing. It is provided as it is and as available, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. Features may be added, changed or removed, and limits on use may change.
As far as the law allows, Looseform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on AI output or by actions you approved. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Looseform and delete your account from Settings at any time. Looseform may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or stop the service, with notice where it reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. For a significant change, signed-in people are told in the app or by email. Using Looseform after that means you accept the new terms.
